USPS Package Insurance:
Packages that exceed 1lb are typically shipped USPS Priority or DHL ECommerce and are covered up to $50 or more depending on the package. The purchaser is responsible for tracking lost or stolen packages in the event the items are showing delivered via tracking numbers. Once the packages are tracking in the postal system we are no longer responsible for your items unfortunately - tracking numbers are our only way to show the packages were shipped and are used on every shipment.
